Product Care During Shipping Our tallow balms are natural products. While they are stable at room temperature, extreme heat during shipping may cause temporary softening. If this occurs, simply place the balm in a cool location and it will return to its normal consistency.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
